"Out toilet handle fell off the first night we were there. we talked to the front desk about getting it fixed and they said they would send their maintenance guy the next day. They never did and it remained broken the whole stay. We were also placed in a room that was handicap accessible (This was not necessary for us) and the bathroom floor filled with water every time we showered as there was nothing to stop the water from coming out.
