Great for renfair
"Great hotel, close to the renfair. The rooms are a great size and the location is close to the fair. Nice clean rooms, a bit sad the pool wasn't open for our trip but nice all the same"

Ok for the cost
"Ok place for what you pay. They do allow smoking in some rooms so there is some stale smell when you come back. Appears to have some long term residents. No issues and a fair deal for what you pay. Would stay again."

Wilmington was a quaint little town. Love the downtown area. Visited the fabric store and than the fabric shack in another little town. I will visit those stores again next year if I go to the quilting expo again.
