「Had the pleasure of being checked in by the hotel manager. I was brought up to my room and introduced to the feature in the room which enhanced my hotel experience 」
「The studio has many facilities which I felt would benefit couples/families more.
The check in process was rather complex. I was expecting a text message regarding the deposit but it came through in the app and I wasn’t notified through email like the initial message.
This has caused some hiccups on the check in process. After checking out, the deposit was not returned until I chased for it.」
「Really clean, spacious and loads of plug sockets which was great. Kitchen was perfect for what we needed and car park out the back was very convenient. We walked to Coventry Arena close by, through the big Tesco round the back and found other shops too - incredibly handy would definitely go back. Met the owner and he was really nice, and asked if there was anything he could do - really lovely service. Easily 5*.」
「I grew up in Coventry, and had the chance to visit and remember somenoff my best memories..shame all my old "haunts" no longer exist!!!. Regarding the hotel, it was clean, close to city. Friendly. Breakfast was good and reasonable. Parking was expensive at ncp lot..but not the fault of Premier Inn. I'd definately stay here again.」
「A great old fashioned hotel, direct access from the grond floor reception to the room with no nasty keycard required for lifts or floor access. The Britannis feels like a open easy access hotel. Recommend for ad-hoc meets 」
