「Room & entire premises extremely cold. Central radiators were off. She turned on the AC in the room and set it to cool to 73ºF, but the room was in the 50's. I figured out how to reset it and left for dinner. We returned to no electricity. We had to negotiate a candle. Room was extremely small, only 2 ft on each side of a double bed, which was lumpy. No place for suitcases. She suggested we open them in the car and take in what we needed. Bathroom was clean, but small with no room to put...

「Hands down the best stay we’ve had in Portugal. Javier and his staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had the very best time. The amenities were top notch. The food was a perfect mix of something new and some home. The part that needs to be highlighted is how accommodating they were in such short notice with two small children. We were welcomed with open arms. Highly recommend.」
