Notre grosse déception a été qu'il n'y a pas de femmes de ménage en dessous de 15 nuits de réservation. donc à 13 nuits, il faut se laver soit même ses draps et serviettes. pour le reste, il y a un aspirateur. "No bedding, no towels, it was not specified at hotel’s services description that I have to carry on my own. Poor cleanliness. Heating not operating, only two small electric heating elements available. Bad smell in general, but specially coming from the bathroom. The residence showed attentive to my complaints and kind in answering and understanding them in order to investigate and correct."

Hôtel Le Montana

10/10 Excellent

"We booked this hotel due to its proximity to the start line of the Millet XTrail race (the hotel is 3K from the start). The staff was very helpful with supporting runners for the race by having a special breakfast time of 04:00am to accommodate runners for the 05:30am race start. This was very thoughtful and much appreciated. The hotel and rooms are clean and provide everything needed for a comfortable stay. There is free parking across the street, 100 m from the hotel, as well as paid parking right next to the hotel. There is a grocery store next to the hotel, as well as a restaurant. Within a 10-min drive of the hotel are plenty of options for restaurants and shopping. If you are into pizza, we ate at the Barometer restaurant in Meribel, and the pizza was great. I will repeat both places when I come back again."

"I think they should make some options for the kids club and nanny for kids 3-5 years old… because if you came with the kid to the hotel… there is nothing to occupy the kid, no option to take nanny service and to go for skiing and party lunch… other hotels has those options. Restaurant prices are to high this year and menu is very limited… bagatelle prices for food were cheaper"

"Lovely stay, slopes are 15 metre walk from the front entrance, reception staff were friendly and helpful. Parking is a little trickier than the website suggests but still plenty of options. Bar below the hotel so apres walk back is good and location is near hire shops etc. "
