「Rooms very clean, does have an elevator, they have prepaid parking you can reserve ahead of time. Otherwise very difficult to find parking on the street, beautiful view from hotel patio over the city」

「Every receptionist was so kind and beautiful.」

「Clean room, great staff. The only issue is our room was a different part of the building and required me to carry the suitcases across the stairs.」

「As this was our first time in Lyon we found the property to be excellent and in close proximity to places we wanted to see. The staff was very helpful. The room was what we expected」

「More manpower is necessary.」
