「This is a lovely property and our ratings would be lower were it not for the incredible breakfast prepared & served by Aiden (not sure of his position relative to the owner, Joyce). Aiden also provided very helpful information about Galway. Unfortunately, the balance of our stay didn’t go well - Joyce didn’t respond for 8 or 9 hours when the heat turned off and we had to wear extra clothes in order to go to sleep. I walked all around the ground floor calling out for help and there was no one...
