カントリー ホームズ ホテル

「My first night I was woken by a very loud buzzing coming through the wall of my room 321. I didn’t notice it when I went to bed because of the tequila I had at my daughter’s birthday party. I could not get back to sleep so at 6:00 am I requested a different room. The gal at the desk gave me another room but did not check out the noise. When I finally woke I asked for another night to make up for the miserable night. The gal at the desk again did not check out the sound. She said she would speak...

「It was not disclosed prior but according to the staff you have to request your room to be turned down cleaned new towels with fresh coffee beds made garbage emptied on a daily basis and even when you do make that request it didn't happen had to go to the lobby daily to get fresh towels and coffee for a 5-day stay.」

「Whole things of Hotel are really good. If there are any shops like a supermarket, more better.」

「We love the staff. And usually have a great experience. But our room had stained sheets & bedding. The inside of building can use a deep cleaning...ie windows, vacuuming hallways, spider webs etc.」

「Staff was awesome. Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast situation is a little different, but the Denny’s was great - and fast - and had a great staff.」

「この系列のホテルは、安心できる。フレンドリーな接客がよい。」

「払ったお金以上の価値があった」

「A male staff member kindly explained things to me in an easy-to-understand manner, as I am not good at English. 」

「Things were clean, check in and check out was easy. The staff was friendly and helpful.」
