"Fantastic location. Restaurant and bar very good. Breakfast buffet very good. Bridge view room was brilliant with an amazing panoramic view of Tower Bridge, River Thames and surrounding areas. Only downside was the bathroom in need of an update. Would definitely visit again."

"Room with river view was worth the upgrade. Liked restaurant, although room service slow. Walk to many restaurants, grocery store, lovely scenery along river. Only negative was that we requested a roll-away bed which never showed. Overall excellent."
