"Large house not far from Woden Westfield. There is a drive way to park in, but there's also a granny flat out back which made it awkward being parked in by the other people. The house is basic and good option if you just need basic accommodation. Rooms are basic but comfortable. There are no fans in any of the rooms, only an air conditioner in the dining/kitchen. It wasn't too bad when we visited as it was cool at night. Will be a big issue if it was hotter.This is not really suited if you are planning on relaxing at house with family and friend. The house can sleep 8 people, but has 4 wine glasses, 20 knives and 2 tea spoons. Kitchen table only had 5 chairs, 2 of which has broken backs which is abit of a safety issue if you accidentally leaned back. Couches are placed in a long row - 1 couch faces the tv and the other couch faces the wall, so you can't really chill and speak to each other. There are spider webs all over the doors and has been there for a long period of time. More thought is needed to make this house comfortable to relax in. However, if you just need bare basic accommodation, this is a decent choice for the price you pay"

"I had a great experience, short notice trip was affordable and clean and actually much nicer tban the advertising pictures so was a great suprise! They were super accomadating providing a cot on short notice as well as i had forgotten mine. I'd definitely stay here again. Thank you 😊 "

"The house inside was clean and well equiped and spacious. The host wasn’t quite as responsive as I would have liked about being able to get in before 3pm otherwise was good. The backyard was unusable because of the weeds. Some waist high. The patio was also quite dirty. "
