Shot this a couple of weeks ago at Llyn Alwen on the Denbigh Moors, North Wales. I'd been waiting for a clear sky for what seemed like months, when a brief window presented itself... You can see the cloud rolling back in from the bottom right corner!

Featuring Mars in the bottom left, and even captured a shooting star in the same exposure - so happy! Just a shame about the light pollution from the treatment plant 🤦‍♂️

"My daughter and I stayed in the Orme lodge, it was lovely. Nice and warm, squirrels outside the windows. Hot tub is just a hot tub - not one with bubbles! so don't look for a button to press lol Very peaceful. If you go with kids (i went with teenager) then maybe take a laptop to watch netflix etc on. wifi connection great. Don't wear sliders on your feet when trying to do the fire or else you will slip on the mud which is hilarious to a teenager btw. Hot tub takes about 4 hours to...

"Perfect property, modern and clean with plenty of crockery and plates. For our demographic it would have been good to have another shower and not just the one in the en-suite and the shower was quite cold in December. Overall a great stay. "
