"Our host was very accommodating, e.g prepared early breakfast for us as we requested, as our tours were early. I just had to notify them beforehand and they obliged. To me that was the best thing I will remember from our stay here. Breakfast was simple but filling. Elevator was efficient, although you still have to negotiate about 6 or 8 steps down from the elevator to enter the property. Overall, I would recommend staying in the property.. Very close to metro, e.g. about a minute walk and there is a lift at street level to get down the subway. AC was very efficient and there is room service for housekeeping or change in linen as requested. There is hot kettle as well."

Nice roof top bar but food and service were more like what you would expect from a US hotel - overpriced and so so. The gym is a treadmill, stationary bike and one or two other machines in an open room - which was to have but if you’re wanting a more complete gym this is not one."

Staff & Service: Average expectations – They were polite, friendly and helpful. I didn’t like the idea of leaving my room key at the front desk anytime leaving the hotel as requested. Also parking was sketchy, the front desk reoffered you to a parking space outside and price was a little abusive, and opening time not convenient. Amenities: Average expectations - Basic offer compared with the price. Value: Average expectations - We feel the hotel provided good value for the money we paid. Breakfast: We left early, we didn't have a chance to experience the breakfast, we believe it was not offered and or included as part of the price paid. Atmosphere: Average expectations Overall: Average expectations - we were satisfied with our stay and would probably choose to stay here again. Recommendation: Based on our experience, we will recommend this hotel"

"The room was clean. When we arrived they stated the A/C was not working in the room so they offered free morning breakfast. The A/C seemed to work acceptably for our needs. The breakfast was excellent. The place had a large terrace that overlooked Piazza Garibaldi. The room was large and the beds were good. The shower pressure was intermittently weak. Give the size of the room, they could have placed 1 or 2 luggage caddies in the room."
