Corridor Area

「Vraiment un bel endroit à Arusha . Personnels très professionnels ! Gentils ! Et avenant ! Merci beaucoup à tous Patrice」

「Charming, cozy property. Nice room, friendly staff. Good dinner at the restaurant. Felt safe.」

「The worst experience we had in Tanzania and also in all my african travels. The photos looked nice, the garden also acceptable, but....as we arrived the reception had no idea of the booking. Walls dirty, has not seen paint for years. Same the rooms, old paint falling off walls, leakages on walls, toilet without the board...We checked a few rooms, all the same. We left our luggages there and went for search of some other place. We found it and subsequently wanted to leave due to the poor hygiene....

「Ideal location. Quiet. 」

「This hotel is like an oasis in the busy centre of Arusha town, next to the Clock Tower. It is a hotel dating back to the 1930's but the renovations would lead you to believe it was built in the past 5 years. The gardens are luscious with lots of vegetation. There is a pool and gym on site but had no time to check out either. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and knowledgable. The restaurant menu was great for breakfast and dinner, with lots of options. The rooms were clean. Not...

「The location is very good, but anything else? The wifi connection was weak while the machine was just outside of the room. The staffs especially at the restaurant are almost not cheerful. In addition, I ordered the coffee there, but why taste cinnamon? You might not wash the dishes carefully? From my experiences, this hotel never worth the price.」

「The staff was helpful and quite accomodating. The hotel is also centrally located. At the time of my stay, there was no functional gym room however there are multiple gyms in the area. I would definetly book this hotel again next time im in Arusha.」

「The staff eas very helpful and nice can't say anything i didn't like would highly recommend」

「I found Arusha Giraffe Lodge with traditional room setting, named with traditional names and very helpful staff. Bar and dinning were very good and kitchen staff prepared breakfast with personalised timing to suit your time included.I enjoyed staying in this Lodge.」

「This property looks as much as a retreat than a lodge. The staff was much courteous, helpful and professional.」
