「Le personnel est au top, disponible, prévenant, aimable. Les repas sont bien. L'hôtel à 50 ans mais demeure très agréable, il est très bien entretenu, sa déco pleine de charme.
Quand au cadre, c'est mavnifique.

「Secrets Lanzarote is a lovely hotel, very clean, quiet and comfortable.
Plenty of sun beds and places to sit in the sun.
Lovely food - even the buffet option.
Drinks are 10/10 even the alcohol free ones.
Evening entertainment is very good.
Coffee shop is wonderful with many options.
Italian and the grill are our favourite a la carte options. Staff are all friendly in the restaurants and around the hotel.

「Wir haben uns in der Finca Luz vom ersten Moment an unglaublich wohlgefühlt.
Die Zimmer sind wunderschön eingerichtet, sehr stilvoll, hochwertig und mit viel Liebe zum Detail – man merkt sofort, dass hier Wert auf Atmosphäre gelegt wird.
Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön geht an Marzia und Francesca: beide sind außergewöhnlich herzlich, liebevoll und aufmerksam. Man fühlt sich nicht wie ein Gast, sondern wirklich willkommen.
