「There was a lot wrong. with the property. It was being renovated and the front entrance was closed. Had to come in the back (west) entrance, walk to the front desk. There was NO carts to bring in luggage. The clerk said there were ONLY TWO for the entire property and could not locate either one. We had to carry 2 loads of luggage and we are 65+.
