「Great room easy check in.」

「The property is not equipped to be fully booked, not enough of any thing, examples not enough floats or chairs at pool area. Elevators too small and enough waited over 1 hour to get on a elevator. The housekeeper cane in my room twice unannounced while I was undressed. The toilet paper roll melt piece fell on my toe, when reported all the issues, they promised me a full refund and i never got it.」

「Always a nice place to stay. Would be nice if bar at pool was open. Would be nice if restrooms were operational at pool. They are missing out on making that (pool time) a nice peaceful fun experience for us adults.」

「We were disappointed with the condition of our room. The furnishings were very nice (and realizing it's an historic building) it just looked very tired, the walls, bathroom, etc. At least our room did. In addition there was an adjoining door to the room next door that didn't block the sound at all from that room. You could hear just about everything coming from there. After coming back from diner we found ourselves locked out of the building as the coded keypad to the front door wasn't...
