The staff was very welcoming. Good variety of food for breakfast, nice restaurant with amazing view. Everything in the room was old and in a bad condition but the view from the bacony was beautiful.

The hotel has vintage charm with amazing views over the beautiful Paleokastritsa, within walking distance to many beaches, bars, shops and restaurants Every member of staff are friendly and always professional. The rooms were clean with good facilities . Pauli is a wonderful energetic entertainment coordinator. Breakfast was delicious so much choice, with homemade pastries everyday. We will be back for sure. Thank you for our wonderful stay .

Not really a 4-star hotel (even if you take a suite) but great location, great view, good services, but often parking was not available. Walls are thin. A bit old style, it would require some renovation.

Great views

Really nice hotel. Great views from the balcony and windows at breakfast. Has 2 good swimming pools, friendly and helpful staff. Only real complaint would be the Wi-Fi was a bit rubbish in our room. Read a few reviews before booking saying the breakfast was horrible and things like that. Not sure what they’re complaining about. At breakfast we had a good selection of hot and cold foods to choose from. Didn’t have dinner so as we like to go out. I’d recommend the hotel to a friend.

Save yourself time and mental energy and book now with a very high level of confidence you’re making the right decision. Amazing experience all the way around (the view was amazing despite not having direct sunset or sunrise, but you get plenty of sun for tanning and relaxing); we stayed in suite 1, 5th floor and felt like I never had to leave the room (except for drinks and 5-10 min walks to the beaches, boats, and additional restaurant options Only cons, parking can be a challenge at times, but it’s free; the elevator was effective but small; the property was a little old, but well maintained. Excellent choice; highly recommend!

I booked the private luxury villa, which was amazing to have our own private pool overlooking the ocean. The breakfast buffet was fine with many options as well as plenty of amazing restaurants within walking distance (highly recommended Gran Aladino.) The hotel is within walking distance to wonderful beaches and bars. Hotel entertainment during the day as well as at night was great with staff doing their best to make it a memorable experience. I would recommend this property if staying in the area.

This hotel was very basic and outdated, this surely couldn’t be rated 4 star hotel. Breakfast was okay to say the best but the rooms lacked many facilities. Also had bed bugs. No usb charging points and very basic tv. The water smelled of chlorine.

Beautiful place

The hotel is beautiful and has an amazing view. The breakfast was excellent. We had a patio with a pool and a beautiful view, but the service really impacted our stay. We were left with an uncleaned room on a very long adventure day, so when we got all the way to our room on the 7th floor at 12:30 at night, I had to go all the way back to the service desk for clean towels because no one had been there during the day. My family asked for things they never got either. Service was not great, but everything else was.

Bon emplacement de l'hôtel et belle vue sur mer, mais parking très réduit. Bonne literie. Quelques cheveux trouvés dans la salle de bain et sur les serviettes. Buffets petit déjeuner sucré salé et repas variés et suffisant mais au petit déjeuner du jus de fruit qui ressemble à du "Tang" ce n'est pas terrible et surtout une grande salle très bruyante avec des chaises tirées/poussées sur le carrelage. les piscines trop froide lors de notre passage mais sûrement agréables quand il fait chaud. Rapport qualité/prix convenable pour la saison.

Grand hôtel, vue incroyable

Très bon accueil, personnel attentionné. La chambre avec une vue incroyable ! Mais pour un 4 étoiles, il y a des améliorations à apporter, notamment sur la douche, la table et les chaises en plastique sur la terrasse... Cependant, pour le prix, nous ne pouvons pas nous plaindre. Le petit déjeuner est varié. Nous étions dans un "Hôtel Club", Fram, nous ne savions pas, il y a également des animations pour ceux qui aiment. Le jour du départ, on a pu laisser les bagages, profiter des infrastructures, puis prendre une douche. C’est appréciable. Nous sommes arrivés et repartis en bus, arrêt juste en bas.

Belle chambre spacieuse, balcon super, endroit très bien situé très proche à pied de 2 plages, 2 piscines et des animations pour ceux qui le souhaitent. Le buffet est plutôt varié. Mais équipement limité (petite douche rapidement inondée, un seul savon pour tout, internet indisponible dans la chambre que ça soit la wifi fi ou la 4G).

Minus: - Orimligt smutsigt hotellrum. Städarna damsög aldrig (hörde det aldrig i korridorerna). Blonda hårklumpar överallt när vi kom dit och de fortsätte krypa fram under hela vistelsen (varken jag eller partnern är blond). - Dåligt skick på rum. Kakel i duschen som hade fallit bort. Låg en i duschkabinen. Igen, tecken på att det inte städats. - Det var trevligt med frukost på morgonen men det används äggpulver och burkmat väldigt mycket. Men generellt va kvaliteten på maten på Korfu väldigt låg. Exempelvis används frysta potatisstrips överallt även fast du betalar 40€ för en måltid så detta hotel är inget undantag. Plus: + Bra plats, nära till många fina stränder + Dom flesta i personalen är trevliga + Aktiviteter på hotellet varje dag ex bingo, quizz, greek night mm för dom som har intresse för sånt. Sammanfattningsvis skulle jag ej välja detta hotel igen.
