Very nice garden around the pool, great pool area with bar and restaurant, and the food was Great! Only negative, was the accommodation, it was spacious, BUT not specially clean, cabinets falling off hooks, no Aircon in living room, the one in the bedroom was noisy. But over all we had a fine stay, and we will be back as day users for sure.

The pool and restaurant staff are great and the food is top notch...the rooms are gross...huge dust bunnys...black stains on the walls...no hot water because the vent fan doesn't work...looks great on the outside but nasty nasty nasty on the inside...I would recommend to avoid this place at all costs.

Its mainly for local people not tourists or westerners .had no luxuries not hot water. No room service no cleaning. Positives letting local families in for the day to eat and swim for a fee. I only stayed there because it was close to my friends.

Overall, a decent experience, was charged 300pnp, due to a very small amount of blood on their comforter, the pool was not ready one day until after 8am, caused a delay in my swimming time, the room was equipped with stove, but can’t use unless you rent for at least a month. Room had conditioner, but was wall mount and not split unit. The restaurant was good and the food reasonably priced. To summarize, charging a guest for small amount of blood on a comforter is just simply buckle and dining guest for things easily cleanable, although it’s part of thier “policy” you sign. Simply put, I can’t recommend this hotel because they follow policy when it comes to your wallet but not properly cleaning the pool in a timely manner for its guest by 8:00am. The hotel should remember to pick and choose its battles. I come to the Philippines 4-5 times a year and can say charging for minor things leads to a loss in customers, loss of business, and motivates customers to write less than great reviews based upon experiences. The deposit the hotel charges upon arrival is 1000.00pnp

もう一度行ってみたいホテル。

子供向きのプールとキャラクターで家族向け、生バンドが入って食事もよかったです。テラスでのんびりできました。夜になると、プールサイドのライトと共にバンドも終わるのでうるさくなかったです。10000roses,海上レストラン、７－１１、ガイサノデパートがあり、冷蔵庫も大きいので買い出しでビール、ワインを冷やしベランダでくつろげました。スタッフ、ガードマンも親切。出入り口の花がきれいでした。

遊園地のようなホテル

敷地内に海外っぽい像と共にプールがあります。ホームビレッジ。名前通りに感じますよ☆帰りのタクシーを呼ぶのに少し…でしたが、その他はスタッフさんもフレンドリーで良いホテルでしたっ！！

プールは良かったのですが・・・

ホテル内に２つスライダー付きのプールがあり、夜間の照明もきれいでよかったのですが、３つ不満があります。1つめは、朝食のオーダーをしたところ、2日目の朝は30分、3日目は1時間も待たされたことです。せめて15分ぐらいでサービスしてほしいですね。2つめはコネクションルームとなっているファミリールームに宿泊したのですが、片方の部屋にしかエアコンがついていなかったことです。3つめはトイレの換気扇が壊れているのか、少しにおいがすることです。

ホテルで、ゆっくり楽しめるホテル

たまたま、金曜日に宿泊しました。夜19時から地元の歌手や生演奏で、うまい歌やリクエスト曲など披露してくれました。23時 30分まで演奏してくれました。良い思いでになりました。ありがとうございます。

Overall the Property is beautiful, friendly staff, very relaxing and peaceful environment. But beware of a potential scam. Upon checkin you are require to pay a 1000 php security deposit. When we arrived in our room, there was already damage from previous tenants. Upon checkout, when someone surveyed the room, they tried to blame us for a broke glass wall. Another staff member took our side saying that that was already there. But they believed us at that point, but still informed us that they would keep the security deposit, and call in a couple days to return it after they contacted the owner who was at the time on a trip back to Norway. Also if you will be arriving after hours, you must inform the propers ahead of time. My wife informed the property in person and I also informed them by message. They insured my wife that the key would be left with the guard. Well upon our arrival from the airport, the guard had no key, no idea of what we were talking about, we got in only because we had a copy of our receipt where we paid $500 USD to say 15 nights.

First thing was the room. Not sure if it was Expedia made mistake or home village. I thought I had asked for a standard room and got a studio rm. Everything I asked for I had to pay for. Anything I put in refrigerator that was not purchased from them I had to pay surcharge to put it in there. I did get free breakfast but, only 2 different menu items to choose from and only 1 cup coffee. After that had to pay. 2 bottles of water first day there free after that had to pay for water. Family came in to swim and had to pay large entrance fee even though I was a guest. Had a birthday party there for family and had to pay entrance fee for 18 adults and 11 kids. Also had to pay for shelter. Had food brought in by family and they had to pay for that also since it was not there's. My overall experience with this place was horrifying. I have never stayed anywhere like this. To say the least I will NEVER stay at Cordova home village again
