I had a couple if issues with this hotel. First, the hotel phone number is hard to find online. No one was answering the phone and so I sent a message thru Expedia app and it was answered after we arrived. Second, the next day we ran out of toilet paper and I called to request for it but again no one answered the phone. I have to walk for 5 minutes to go to the lobby and request for toilet paper. The staff were all nice and very polite and all hardworking. I just hope that people from the front desk or whoever is in charge of answering calls should pay attention more.

"Having many pools for the kids were awesome. Our room toilet bidet gun had no holster, so it hung on the floor inconveniently. The concierge desk got me a taxi that did not use a meter and overcharged me for a ride to the airport. I had to contact MCIAA to complain."
