"Check in was seamless and the house was easy to find. The host answered all questions quickly. The location was a perfect home base for our skiing at Beaver Creek (7 min drive) and Vail (15 min drive). There was plenty of room for our family of six. The home is spacious and modern and the kitchen was well stocked. Would happily stay again the next time we are in the area. "

"This house was exactly as advertised. The place was immaculate with all the amenities we needed and fit our group of three families perfectly. The best part was how responsive the host was with our questions etc. The location is a short walk to the arrowhead lift across a parking lot and slightly uphill. The hot tub was also a perfect end to each ski day. Thanks!"

"We had a great stay at Kathy’s home. The layout is very comfortable and worked well for our group, and the waterfront setting is beautiful and peaceful. The cul-de-sac location made it especially quiet and relaxing.The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, the dining table was a great size for meals together, and the hot tub was excellent after a day out. The closets were nice and roomy, and the robes in the closets were a thoughtful touch.A few of the sheets show some wear and may be ready for a refresh soon, but overall the home was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. We would be happy to return in the future."

"The location of the home was wonderful, but the overall condition and experience was less than stellar.Upon arrival the home was 62-degrees, by morning the common areas were down to 60-degrees and 2 of bedrooms were 54-degrees. We notified mgmt but it took 18 hours before the problem was resolved forcing us to use the multiple space heaters the home had to bring the temperature to an acceptable level, which tells me the owner/mgmt knew there was a heating issue. Further, the cooktop would not ignite, the living room furniture was disgustingly dirty, remaining furniture throughout the home was mismatched and old, mattresses were extremely uncomfortable and the driveway was very icy causing our SUV to slide into a ditch along side the driveway and the hot tub was supposed to be 50’ away, per VRBO, but we were never able to locate. Mgmt refund a portion of the rent amount, but considering the numerous issues we encountered, the refund amount was not acceptable; mgmt declined to refund the additional amount requested. Bottom line, we will not return to this rental and future renters should look elsewhere! "

"This was the perfect house for our group of 7 guys. Plenty of room for us to spread out. The shuttle bus service stopping at the house made getting to and from the slopes so convenient. This is the 4th time we have stayed at this house. We plan on returning again next year. "
