Perfect family ski vacation spot.

Room was perfect for our family with two young kids. Kitchen and dining area were great for dinners in a few times. Location of the villa rooms is funky, but the rooms are great.

The property was lovely and the staff super friendly! The only complaint I have is that the room wreaked of cleaning supplies and the sheets had a very very strong scent of detergent (I slept with a towel over the pillows). For folks that aren’t fond of smelly scents, I would recommend switching to more natural detergent and cleaning supplies.

Exceptional option for a snowboarding trip!

From start to finish, our experience at The Westin Riverfront Mountain Villas has been outstanding. The entire staff has been incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional — truly making our stay something special. A big shoutout to Madison for her thoughtful communication and for surprising us with a welcome gift that included wine, chocolates, and a handwritten note. It was such a kind and personal gesture that really set the tone for our visit. But it wasn’t just Madison — every single team member we interacted with went above and beyond. From the front desk to housekeeping, and especially the ski valet, everyone was warm, helpful, and attentive. The ski valet service was incredibly convenient and made getting to the slopes so much easier, especially with the direct access to the gondola right from the property. Our room was clean, comfortable, and packed with amenities, providing everything we needed to relax after a day on the mountain. It’s clear that the staff at this property take great pride in creating a welcoming and seamless guest experience. Highly recommend this location for anyone visiting Beaver Creek — we’ll definitely be coming back!

First stay at this property and it made ski access so easy. Only complaint was one hot tub was out of service and the hot tubs were uncomfortably full.

Great spot close to the gondola. Shuttle service could be a touch better by removing the dead times. If you stay here, you're NOT on the Beaver Creek mountain, you're a shuttle ride away. With that said, I really enjoyed the hotel and everyone was great.
