I’m not sure how this hotel has earned such high reviews. As someone who travels frequently, I found this to be one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had.
It’s a very large property, but it misses the mark in several key areas, especially customer service and food quality. The 360° Rooftop is highly overrated. While the views are beautiful, the service was among the worst I experienced during my stay.
The rooms are dated, dark, and have a musty, old smell. Overall, the hotel fell far short of expectations, and I would not recommend it.
