The condo matched the description perfectly: it was clean, nicely set up, and fully equipped with everything we needed. However, finding the condo was quite confusing. When we picked up our keys and received directions, they were from a location that was many miles away from the condo itself. The envelope contained directions along with a list of five different properties, making it unclear which one was ours. We narrowed it down to two.
When we called for help, the staff weren't sure either. After unloading our car, we went into the building we thought was ours, but our room wasn't there. We called again, but the call was abruptly cut off, and we didn’t receive a return call. We ended up wandering around and checking other buildings before finally locating our room.
The next day, I received a text with the correct building information, which was puzzling since we had already figured it out ourselves. Overall, the directions provided were not clear enough, leading to a frustrating experience.
Part of this was our fault as we had received many emails and texts, and they all had a little bit different information.
We had brought our own food, expecting to grill but the grill was not working. Cooked our ribs a different way, a little bit disappointing.
The couch was comfortable but the bed was not.
There was a free concert and a mountain run while we were there. It made it a very nice experience and we enjoyed this very much. Would stay again.
