A gigantic 300 m2 apartment - close to everything in the middle of downtown Copenhagen - 6 bedrooms

===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
If you're looking for a central location, this is the place to stay.

The apartment is located on Købmagergade – one of Copenhagen’s most iconic pedestrian streets (note: no parking allowed). From here, you can walk to all major attractions: Tivoli, Nyhavn, Amalienborg, Christianshavn, the Round Tower and more. This is downtown Copenhagen.

The apartment has 6 bedrooms and can accommodate 12 guests (!) – but only one bathroom, so please be aware of this. ONLY 1 BATHROOM.

You enter directly into the living room, which provides access to 4 bedrooms facing Købmagergade. Each of these rooms has its own door, and they are also connected in pairs with a door between them – perfect for families with children. Two additional bedrooms face the back of the building. Altogether, there are 6 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds – a total of 12 beds. The single beds can be placed together as doubles, though the mattresses are separate. One of the bedrooms also includes an extra double bed, functioning as a family room with 2 single beds and 1 double bed.

The apartment includes:
– 1 bathroom with shower and toilet
– 1 additional separate toilet
– Dining room with dining table
– Kitchen
– WiFi and dishwasher

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a building without an elevator.
As it’s located right in the city center, some street noise should be expected.

There used to be an issue with unpleasant smells from the bathroom, but the sewer system was renovated in September 2023, and there are no longer any odors.

We are often very flexible with early check-in or at least luggage drop-off from 10:30 AM – depending on the departure time of the previous guest.

The apartment features 6 bedrooms, accommodating a total of 13 guests.

This property's number one adavantage is the location. It is close to everything! Take the metro from the airport and you can literally walk to many, many attractions. Great Stay!

Very spacious apartment with outstanding location.. literally walk out your door and you are in the middle of everything. Round tower and great coffee shops only a few hundred yards away.. perfect home base for when some want to shop and others want to hit the pubs.. Very nice hang out area + large dining room for when you are having a night in.. Perfect spot!

This is a large apartment that gave my family of 3 generations plenty of room. There are many sites within walking distance. It is right on a pedestrian street, which made it interesting and occasionally noisy at night.

The apt was the rugby size and had all wet needed; however none of us ever got a 6 his night sleep due to the clubs, bars and noise from club music, drunkes or the 5:30-6 street sweepers

A fabulous location, central to everything and easy to walk everywhere. There was lots of space to come together as a group for meals and drinks but enough bedrooms for us all to have some privacy as well. I thought it was on the 2nd floor but it was really on the 3rd floor because the street level was zero so carrying luggage up was more than I expected. The only real negative was the noise in the middle of the night when the bars closed. I don’t think they can do much about that so bring earplugs!!

The apartment was spacious and convenient for sight-seeing. However, the property description currently says "As the apartment is located right in the center, you can expect some noise from the street." This description does not adequately describe the level and duration of music and noise that can be heard from a neighborhood bar. The apartment bedrooms face either a main street or a courtyard. The music and crowd noise from the bar (around the corner) on Friday night could be heard loudly in every bedroom. It was so intrusive, lasting until after 3:30am, that we booked hotel rooms for Saturday night. The property owner declined our request for a refund or accommodation. Three stars because of the noise.

I would definitely stay here again. The apartment is spacious and is as described. It is centrally located and most of the major sites in Copenhagen are within walking distance. The property manager was very responsive to our requests and quick to respond.

Good location, very central, but on busy street so night time noise definitely required ear plugs. walking distance to all central sites. Flat was spacious and clean. Flat was quite basic, had what we needed.

The flat was really well localised in town and very clean. The check in and check out were very efficient. We had all we needed in the kitchen. We spent a good time there. We just didn't like our neighbours (in the flat above us) that seem to spend good time during the night. Also, we think that the bedding can be improved with good mattress because the ones we used were very thin and uncomfortables.
