「The resort is in a great location. We walked all over the place & ate tons of seafood. 」

「Disappointed after staying there. Filthy floor and bathroom. We trusted the reviews before booking our room but how disappointed. Bad odor, folks standing outside smoking all directions. Expedia stated they have hot tub available but they don’t. It’s like staying at a motel super cheap and doesn’t worth the price. Will not return again. The beds were firm and comfortable to sleep on. 」

「No the kitchen wasn't equipped with utensils or cooking where but I would understand that so be prepared to bring your own at least you have a kitchen that's a plus and yes there's shops nearby very nice」

「It's an inexpensive motel that you get what you pay for. All i needed was a place to sleep, and this fit the bill. The shower water pressure wasn't very good, their towels didn't look clean, and when i told the owner the toilet clogged, he simply handed me a plunger. Average stay for an Average place. 」

「I have to admit, when we drove up to the motel, we were a little hesitant. Parking lot was empty and there is not sign with the motel name on it. However, we had done electronic check in and was given the necessary code to get to our room. The room was fantastic, all new, great amenities inside, and spacious. We had a great stay there and don't let the outside looks fool ya'!」

「Property is an easy drive to restaurants, grocery, quirky little downtown, bars, Rockport’s great beach. Property has definitely seen better days but cottages are very spacious…two rooms. Ice machine not working. No extra toilet paper rolls in bathroom. There is a pool though I never saw it being used. Owner very friendly. Right by the water. This is a low budget motel at a low rate. Keep your expectations with that in mind and it will work for you.」

「I thought that maybe the reviews were over exaggerated, but 100% not true. The reviews speak for themselves. This was by far the nastiest, dirty, outdated place our family has ever stayed at before. DO NOT BOOK HERE! UNLESS YOU LIKE ROACHES, OLD BROKEN FURNITURE, DIRTY ROOM, BROKEN MICROWAVE, AND BED BUGS. The only postive thing I could say was the view of the bay was pretty. The hot tub, pool were dirty and looked unsafe. The elevator didn't even work.」

「We rented this room because it was advertised with a spa bath which is a Jacuzzi. It indeed has a Jacuzzi but did not work. I called the office and was rudely told it doesn’t work and never worked and that is clear on the app. Expedia does not disclose this spa bath is inoperable. Also, the toilet seat was broken. No bodywash in the dispenser. Had to wash with shampoo. This is advertised as the honeymoon room. Lord forbid anyone who rents this for a honeymoon. We wish to be compensated for the...

「This place was awful. The front desk is never staffed, instead they have a phone number on the front door to call if you need help. I saw multiple people trying to check in by calling the number and then just leaving. The room was very moldy and musty smelling and there was a large gap at the bottom which let multiple pests in during our stay. Where the fire alarm is supposed to be there is just a base with duct tape over it, which with my 10 years of experience working and managing hotels, I'm...

「Room was clean, Staff met us and gave us our key even though we got there at 11:30pm SO GRATEFUL FOR THAT, super easy drive to the beach, very comfortable for the price. Would stay again. I'm the kind of person who spends more on the actvities than the place we sleep, so I loved staying here! I felt safe and would stay again.」

「Property was fairly clean. They are under staffed, we waited about 15 min to check in due to the clerk was off cleaning. They advertised a hot tub, it was there but according to the clerk it had been broken for quite some time. I booked this hotel for the location and the hot tub. No where did it warn you the hot tub was broken. The breakfast was the same every day, eggs and sausage. The coffee was horrible. Not a place I will stay again.」

「Room was beautiful with a great view of cows out to pasture, my one year old son loved! Breakfast was selective but nice to not have to leave to go get it. The bathtub in our room was broken, only usable on shower.」
