Welcome to Whispering Waves, where style, comfort and coastal charm come together to create the perfect beachside getaway. Designed with families and groups in mind, this spacious home sleeps up to eight guests and is just a short 450-metre stroll to the golden sands of Copacabana Beach. With its blend of modern features, versatile living areas and thoughtful extras, this is a place to truly relax and enjoy the best of coastal living.

Key features
Step inside to light-filled spaces with soaring ceilings, warm interiors and multiple living zones across two levels - ideal for both quiet moments and shared gatherings. On cooler evenings, unwind by one of the two fireplaces, while in summer, enjoy the refreshing sea breeze or ducted air-conditioning on the entry level.
For added convenience and fun, the secure double garage not only provides parking but also houses a second double-door fridge and a ping pong table - perfect for both storage and entertainment.
Outside, the fully fenced backyard makes it easy for kids and pets to run and play while you relax on the expansive covered deck, complete with BBQ and outdoor lounge. After the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower and settle in for an al fresco meal under the stars.

Configuration
Each level of the home offers two generously sized bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, complemented by a bathroom and a living area on both floors providing plenty of space and flexibility for the whole group. The two-storey open-plan layout flows effortlessly to the sunlit outdoor areas, creating the perfect setting for relaxation and entertaining.

It features underfloor heating, ensuring your feet stay warm and toasty, a stylish vanity, a spacious shower, a WC, and an inviting spa bath that beckons you to unwind in soothing bubbles, making it the perfect retreat after a day at the beach.
The second bathroom, equally well-appointed, boasts vanity, a standard bathtub for a soothing soak, a modern shower for your daily refreshment, and another WC.
In addition to these, for added privacy and convenience, there's an enclosed WC located in the laundry area on the ground floor, providing an extra layer of comfort for your guests during their stay.

This space is designed for outdoor enjoyment and relaxation, complete with a BBQ and outdoor lounge, making it an excellent setting for al fresco dining, social gatherings and enjoying the fresh air. Whether it's a sunny afternoon or a starry night, this area is perfect for making memories and savouring the coastal lifestyle.

In addition to a separate dining area, the kitchen includes a convenient breakfast bar, ideal for grabbing a quick meal or snack.

Whether it’s a quiet morning coffee or a lively BBQ with family and friends, the deck is the perfect place to soak up the outdoors, with abundant sunlight adding to the atmosphere and making it an ideal spot for both relaxation and gatherings.
Beyond the deck, a well-maintained grassy area invites children to run and play freely, while the fully fenced yard ensures kids and pets alike can roam safely, giving everyone peace of mind. To complete the beachside experience, a convenient outdoor shower is available for rinsing away sand and saltwater after a day at the beach, helping to keep the indoors clean and adding an extra layer of comfort to your stay.

Parking
For your peace of mind, the property offers a secure double garage for your vehicles, with additional parking space available for one car on the driveway, and on-street parking is also conveniently accessible.

Pets
We warmly welcome up to two pets as part of your stay at our home, recognising that they are cherished members of your family. Please kindly keep pets restricted to outdoor areas unless prior approval to stay indoors is provided. Indoor approval is granted on a case-by-case basis to ensure the suitability of our home. Please also note that all pets are subject to an additional $59 pet fee once the reservation has been confirmed.

Special Property Information
We are delighted to offer complimentary Wi-Fi for your convenience during your stay. You'll receive the password and all necessary access details upon check-in. While we strive to ensure reliable service, please understand that we cannot guarantee 100% uptime for the Wi-Fi, and no compensation will be provided for any disruptions. If a stable internet connection is crucial for you, we recommend having a backup plan. Thank you for your understanding.

Booking excerpt as per Rental Agreement/Terms & Conditions

Our home is designed to host groups aged 25 and above as well as family retreats and can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests including visitors, with prior approval required for extra guests. If you are unsure whether your group is suitable for our home, please reach out prior to booking. Kindly note that the account holder must occupy the premises throughout the reservation.

Guests will be asked to complete a guest registration form, sign a rental agreement, and be able to provide government IDs of all adults – please answer all questions truthfully to help us tailor your reservation. Any misrepresentation may lead to immediate cancellation or eviction.

We require that guests adhere to the mandatory NSW Code of Conduct for the Short-Term Rental Accommodation Industry. Parties, hens, bucks, or other celebration gatherings are not permitted and due to new restrictions, noise complaints can result in a $500 on the spot fine. Please respect our neighbours and be mindful of noise levels throughout your stay. Noise and security monitoring devices installed within legal guidelines, including one security camera overlooking the outdoor entry area.

Our home is self-catering, offering starter supplies usually sufficient for a weekend stay. While firewood, travel cots, and highchairs are not provided, you can book these and other additional services through our guest portal after completing registration.

Please leave our home neat & tidy to avoid extra cleaning charges. Our cleaning fees increase by 1.5x for Sunday check-ins and 2.5x for public holidays. For bookings of two weeks, the cleaning fee doubles, and stays longer than two weeks require mandatory fortnightly cleaning, billed to the guest, with optional linen changes available to book.

A security deposit of $1,500 will be withheld for your stay two days before your arrival and released after departure, pending the home inspection.
