"Wonderful family run business! Delightful bungalows nestled in the rainforest — with lovely hammocks on the porch. Staff was great at accommodating traveler with limited mobility — picking us up in a golf-type cart for meals. Massage was so relaxing — and outdoors! Food was tasty, portions generous and staff attentive. Secluded for peace and quiet. Rain on the tin roof was mesmerizing!"

"The staff at Las Colinas were wonderful. The hotel is located in town center of La Fortuna. I hardly used my vehicle while there. They provided laundry services, tour arrangement services and were available all night. There was a restaurant on the bottom floor that provided very good food. There was a variety store where you could purchase bottled water and alcohol, which you could take to your room or drink on the on the open air 2nd floor. There was a Supermacado around the corner for grocery purchases, if necessary. There were also many restaurants within walking distance nearby. If you have a rental vehicle they have a secured parking compound 200 metres down the street."

"I would highly recommend staying here. The entire property and room are very clean! Well maintained flowers & trees that the birds love to hang out in so we get to enjoy watching them. Very good breakfast and the staff were all great!! Close enough to walk most places in La Fortuna. Definitely recommend Restaurante la Familigia for dinner (as recommended by the staff), excellent food and prices are unbelievable. We tried other places that were not great. "

"Such a cute rustic place , away from tourist noise. Lots of greens around to please both the eyes and the soul. Breakfast option is on point , you cannot go wrong with typical breakfast ! "Warm local feel. Rooms were immaculate, felt very secure. Was more wildlife outside our rooms than on tours had macows, tucans, sloths and alot more. Best of all mama cooks you a great breakfast every morning."
