「Awesome place. 5star shower. 5star bed. Clean as a whistle. Thick walls & quiet. They Upgraded us to an apartment. Everthing worked like it shouldve. 3 star resort so didnt expect gold fittings. No faults except by outside services, blame main roads for potholes & roadworks & blame Telstra for crap reception & internet. Would like motel to fit security chains on doors & upgrade TV's to SMART TV types so we can view apps by subscriptions. 」

「Unfortunately, I hadn't read the negative reviews before I booked our stay at the Rainbow Sea Resort. While our suite had stunning views over the ocean and was attractively decorated in a Hamptons/beachy style, as shown in the promotional photos, those were the only positives. The bathroom and kitchen were in dire need of a thorough deep clean; there was grime and black mould in the bathroom, and a very unpleasant smell in the kitchen. 「Unit was lovely and clean, and good access to amenities, beds were nice and comfy, was a little bit surprised that we had to supply our own sheets, towels, bath mat, hand towel and tea towel, (apparently we could hire the sheets etc for and extra $15 per person) we don't go away for holidays much, but haven't had to supply those things, when staying at a holiday place before. The parking was good, the pools were lovely. overall, was a lovely place to stay.」

「Walk the beach track to the beach for a surf and a short drive to town or longer walk via the beach. The living areas are more spacious than the photos show and the kitchen is well equipped with a bbq on the upstairs balcony. Spacious 2 main bedrooms and a 3rd with 2 double bunks more suitable for ages 5-10. Fun pool area and air conditioning in the living area.」

「Initially we were disappointed that the unit did not overlook the ocean but then realised it was actually one of the best units to have - it overlooks the main street which always has activity happening but is not too noisy. Not being ocean front meant that we did not get the full on ocean wind. We did get afternoon sun on the front deck but it is one of the few apts that has a rear deck as well which we loved. Very convenient to all restaurants/bars and other conveniences as well as the beach....
