「Great location. Nice rooms.」

「Tucked away gem - lovely room - spacious and well laid out. Great location - lots of nice restaurants nearby. Limited facilities at the hotel - but its a great place to chill out and relax」

「Wonderful boutique hotel in Milan, hidden off the main street behind a grand and charming access door. A Michelin star property with exquisite attention to detail of the rooms, staff, food and speakeasy. Very enjoyable and comfortable stay.」

「This property was as it appeared online. It was difficult to find the front door, but once we discovered where it was, it was easy afterwards.」

「I lost my phone in the uber on the way and the staff kindly told me my information after I borrowed a phone and helped me get safely inside! The property was beautiful and very clean. Also easy to walk from, with many coffee shops close by! Highly recommend.」

「Great property. Staff were very friendly and helpful!」

「No kettle and layout was wasteful. This flat could have had 3 bedrooms, and not a useless dining room and a tiny single room . Also couldn’t turn aircon off」

「There are no staff on site to let people in. The property relies on WhatsApp to communicate with registered guests. This is not an app widely used in the US so I was unsure of the legitimacy of the request at first. The digital keys were challenging to use, mostly because the names of the different doors was in italian and I wasn't sure which was which.」

「Very good location and clean rooms.」

「The room was very spacious and well furnished. Staffs were friendly. Naviglio itself has changed a bit. became too touristic in bad way. so the neighborhood wasn't great. Also they have been kept opening the office door which is located on next to my room. Everytime I pass by, I had to face the working scene. that was annoying. 」
