"The room was very clean. The bed and pillows were soooo comfortable. I kept sleeping in because it was so comfy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The security of the lofts made me feel very safe. I recommend the Punto Lofts to anyone needing to stay in the South of Mexico City. You will not be disappointed."

"Great staff and lovely little hotel in the heart of Coyoacan! The staff was very friendly and helpful, offering great suggestions for food, museums and things to do. They also gave everything a very kind touch, including a little handwritten note for my birthday and a tea tray for our last night! So thoughtful and appreciated!"
