"We had a good experience. Hotel is clean and bed is comfortable. We had to wait for the suttle for almost an hour as we arrived midnight. But we were safe at all times and shuttle driver was excellent."

The bathroom was very authentic but there was always plenty of hot water. Breakfast was cooked fresh ,with a choice, each morning and there was coffee available each morning to help ourselves to. It is an ideal hotel to explore Coyoacan and easy to travel to surrounding areas. "

"I booked this hotel due to all the wonderful reviews. Now I’m struggling to understand why people rate this place 10/10. The neighbourhood is very cute, yes, but the noise is unbearable. We had a room in which we could hear absolutely everything. The telephone from reception, people coming in and out, the cars… we couldn’t even nap after having traveled for hours. I was very surprised given the price as well, especially in CDMX. Yes the building is pretty and so was the room, but not practical whatsoever. And again the noise was too unbearable. The staff was lovely though."
