"This hotel is in a nice residential neighborhood but falls short in many ways. Although the concierge spoke English very well though and was helpful, these things were very disappointing: Air conditioning was not functional we had to call for adjustment (remote batteries were expired); there were no hangers in closet: some of the bathroom amenities had empty boxes, nothing inside; breakfast was very, very small; pool stair to come out of the water was broken and moving as you climb up. "
