Staff was helpful. Room was cleaned/fresh towels -daily. Nice water pressure. Room was nice, just warm/hot. Couldn’t open both windows. Didn’t use any other amenities onsite. Location is away from city center, so it is quieter. Walking distance (up and down hill) to bus stations and metro. Walking distance from some shopping and restaurants. Generally-a great stay and intend to come again in a few months!

Great Hotel

The hotel was very clean and staff were helpful. The rooms had plenty of space. The only thing I found odd was they were charging to use the pool and fitness centre.

Panorama through the window was amazing. Cleanliness is satisfying, except the wiping marks I have noticed on the glass door of the WC cabinet.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for three nights. Overall we had an okay experience. The room was clean but the bed was not comfortable. We did not ask the staff to change our room. On of the biggest problems I had was that for two days early in the morning, people would open our rooms door without permission and I found out on the second day because I was asleep the day before and my husband said he saw them come in. I told the front desk and they said they would take care of it. The hotel front desk staff was incredibly helpful and nice to us. We needed to print some papers and they gladly assisted us with them. In total, we were satisfied with our stay, thank you Hotel Green Park.

28 degrees in the rooms

Its a nice hotel in a very busy area. Most things were fine apart from my hotel room was 28 degrees almost the whole time. Day and night. They have floor heating which could not be turned off. AC cooling not possible i march. This could have been fixed with setting up a fan in my room.... but this was not possible they said.. and if the any of these technicians sent had a key to open the window properly. Ended up switching hotels to cheaper option and there it was no problem to setup a fan and open windows basic service if the rooms are that hot imo. Also i dont recommend the breakfast.

We were pleasantly surprised to check in early, thanks to the friendly assistance of the front desk staff. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, and the breakfast was an absolute delight, offering a wide variety of delicious options. However, the Wi-Fi in the rooms was a major letdown. It was incredibly slow and needed a significant upgrade to meet modern standards.

Good location with restaurants and some of the major hospitals nearby. If you are in Ankara for medical services nearby, this is a great property to stay. rooms are spacious and clean, marble showers and bathrooms. They have everything you'd need in the room.
