「Very disappointing experience. During check-in, staff requested to photocopy my bank card as part of their policy for possible damages. I was uncomfortable providing sensitive financial information. Given the risks associated with bank card information, I found this practice unacceptable and concerning from a privacy and security perspective. I could not book alternative accommodation as i was tired. Management should review this policy and provide customers with safer options.」

「Overall, I had a very nice stay. The gentleman at reception was especially friendly, polite, and welcoming, which gave me a great first impression. Breakfast was included in my stay, but I ended up skipping it after reading some of the reviews. One thing I really liked was the space on the top floor where you can sit at a desk and get some work done. It also has a nice view, which was a great bonus. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant hotel, and I would be happy to stay here again.」
