"We had an excellent 2 night stay here, Staff were fantastic , special thank you to Lorna on reception who very kindly managed to dry our coats and boots a couple of times due to the non stop rain. Our breakfasts were superb , thanks to the Chef and Tina who was a breath of fresh and super helpful. Actually every member of staff that we met are an absolute credit to the Hotel. We will look forward to going back to this here again. There were renovation works going on whilst we were there but they weren't intrusive and the staff managed to keep the place spotless. A solid 10/10 from us. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Glenlochy Nevis Bridge Apartments. The apartment was exceptionally clean — the carpets were spotless, and everything felt fresh and well cared for. It genuinely feels homely and cosy, not just like a rental. The décor is tasteful, the pictures on the walls are beautiful, and the little touches — like flowers arranged on the towels — made it feel welcoming and thoughtful. The amenities go far beyond what you’d expect. There were plenty of coat hangers, washing pods, even razors — it’s clear the hosts have really considered what guests might need. The heating is strong and keeps the space warm and comfortable, which is especially appreciated in the Highlands. My husband enjoyed browsing the book Munros, and the board games were a big hit with the kids. It’s rare to find a place that feels so well-equipped for both adults and children. Overall, it’s clean, cosy, beautifully presented, and extremely well stocked. We would happily stay here again."

"Sugarloaf house was fantastic! Our family stayed October 15th - 18th, 2025. The house is very spacious inside and we had plenty of room. Nice bathrooms and very comfortable beds. The house was spotless when we arrived. Every amenity we needed was provided. We loved the wood stove which made for very cozy evenings. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking a delicious meal. It was a great location and easy, short walk to the town center to go to pubs and shops. A very convenient location for sightseeing and hiking. Close to a grocery store. We were very pleased with this house and so glad we chose it for our 3 night stop in Fort William! "

"This property was SO charming with its French doors and glass headers !!!!It was spit polish clean and had everything you needed for a week or more or a long weekend We found the property to be conveniently located to everything we wanted to do… from hiking to using the train !!!! And of course dining The hosts response time was under a minute and so polite Thank you West Holidays !!"
