The room was spacious and clean. We did pay for a continental breakfast however the service was lacking as we had to wait a while to sit down as we couldn’t find any staff. Some of the food selections would run out but were not replenished.

Sorry location good for transportation but the overworked minimal short staff couldn't clean the room, restaurant closed except for breakfast. Set up for 1 night stay.

No frills but perfect for our family and what we needed. Typical Premier Inn! We appreciated the room fan and the complimentary tea. It was close walking distance to public transportation and the restaurants and shops of Fort William. 30 minute drive to Glencoe. Great stay!

Stayed here for a few days while driving from Skye to Edinburgh. Parking was easy. Mediocre hotel. Staff was frequently missing from the front desk, so had to wait a number of times. The place was sufficiently clean. There are two grocery stores and a McDonalds in close walking distance. While there was nothing wrong with this spot, I would probably go for a nicer hotel next time.

Strict about 3 pm check in even though we arrived at 2pm they made us wait. At 3pm there was a massive crowd in the lobby overflowing out the door. Rooms are nice but only one side of the bed has electrical plug which made night time phone charging difficult. Also tv volume has been permanently set so low we couldn't hear half of what was being said. Great location 5 min walk to old town shops and restaurants. Also large grocery store conveniently across the street.

Great location. Safe and easy walking around Fort Willams. Room was clean, but we asked for limited cleaning during the 3 days. First morning we requested just simple tidy up. Didn't happen, garbage and tea cups were not cleaned or replaced. 2nd morning went to frontdesk and requested towels and tidy up. They took the used towels, left no replacements. The garbage, which is now full, remained full for the balance of our stay. The frontdesk did bring clean towels. We washed our cups.
