「We had a bit of a confusion with check in time and language barrier, plus we don't have phones so couldn't call the owners when we got there. However, the cabin was so amazing that we didn't mind having to wait for checkin. The cabin was up high on the property so had amazing views of the lake. Kitchen was well stocked and bed and tv we're great. There was so much space to move around and the floor was heated!!! You wake up to the view out your window. We felt like we were in paradise. ...

「The staff here are outstanding. We arrived during heavy rain and had booked a glamping room which is not connected to the main hotel. We were offered a chance to stay inside the hotel if we preferred, at the same price. We were shown both rooms before we made a decision, and we chose to stay in the glamping cabin after all (because it was SO cute!). There was a bit of leaking from the windows, and was a bit chillier in parts (the bathroom was cold!), and the alignment on the doors was a bit off,...

「If you are a nature lover, this is a great place. They are 27km outside of La Angostura. The views are great. The owners did not speak any English and the 2 Days they kept on harassing me regarding the payment and I tried explaining that I paid Hotels. Com and they should contact them to sort out the payment, nothing to do with me. I think when we left they were still concerned. Breakfast very basic. 」
