"The positive: There's permanently someone at the front desk you can talk to in case of a question or an issue. The staff are attentive and responsive. The hotel is located very close to the centre where you can find plenty of restaurants, caffe and bars. The breakfasts are good.
The negative: The rooms are small. The isolation is poor. People talking in the corridor felt like they're standing and talking inside my room. The facilities are old. Hot water is not really hot in the busiest hour...
"This is a nice hotel for the price. Great location. And clean. However, if you have a car I would suggest a hotel with on-site parking. The nearby parking station and street parking is a bit of an inconvenience. "
"The hotel staff helped me choose a cool room and were always happy to help with any questions. The room was very quiet, there was almost no sound from the street. I liked the view of the lake from the window."
