We are always available via text or phone if you need anything during your stay. :) Our company, Epicurean Furnished Apartments, is a small boutique corporate housing company based here in Columbus, OH. Founded in 2019 by a husband/wife duo, our little team manages dozens of rentals like this one and is known in the area for offering exceptional comfort, convenience, and flexibility to our guests. We host anyone who needs quality temporary housing (from travel nurses to snowbirds to families relocating to Columbus) and are frequently recommended by the city's most reputable organizations including The Ohio State University, The Columbus Crew, and more.
This apartment is located within the beautiful new Residences at Topiary Park community. We are their official corporate housing partner, which means we have a contract with them and full permission to rent this apartment to temporary guests like you. You'll love being just a few blocks from restaurants, theaters, and more - while being conveniently situated just a few minutes drive from freeways for easy access to every part of the Greater Columbus area.
This apartment is located in a secure building. Since access can be a little confusing the first time, we will personally meet you on-site when you arrive to make sure your check-in is smooth and stress-free. After that, you'll have key fob access to the building, its amenity areas, and of course your apartment.
This apartment features a beautiful, open-concept main living area with comfortable seating (real leather sofa!), a fully equipped kitchen (including enough kitchenware to cook and serve a gourmet meal), a spacious dining area with marble Arhaus table and designer chairs, a master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bath as well as a walk-in closet, a guest bedroom with queen bed and office desk/chair, 2 full bathrooms, and a laundry room with full-size washer/dryer inside the apartment. You'll also love the big balcony with cozy chairs where you can enjoy the Topiary Park views while relaxing with a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine. The apartment is easy to access via the parking garage which is located inside the building close to the elevator which takes you to your floor. You'll find your apartment just a few steps down the hall.

3) We only offer stays of 30+ nights (this rental is reserved for flexible month-to-month stays)
4) Pets are unfortunately not permitted in this apartment. If you have a pet, let us know - we have other rentals where we can happily welcome them. :)
Need extra flexibility? Let us know! We are happy to block off our calendar for you so that you can just pay 30 nights at a time and move out whenever you want with 2 weeks notice.
