Housepitality - The Reichstag Suite - Modern

Summary:

Location, Location, Location! This perfect-sized studio is just steps from Downtown Columbus, and in the quaint German Village. The Reichstag Suite is a small, modern, industrial space that has been designed specifically to be just what 1 - 2 people would need. Our suite provides a memory foam mattress, mounted HDTV, kitchenette with sink and fridge, and full bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower. Central Heating is controlled remotely (just notify us if you want to adjust the temperature) Just a 3 minute walk to Downtown Columbus!



The Space:

This is beautiful studio apartment that blends old brick with modern surfaces. Enjoy the convenience of parking just steps from your door, and your entire suite on ground level. Our space is a queen bed, couch , TV, Kitchenette, and full bathroom. The kitchenette has a fridge, sink, chair and work/space, coffee maker, microwave, and basic dish set. No stove here! Enjoy a movie from bed or the couch! Our bathroom is completed with a luxurious walk-in shower with glass doors and subway tile.



Other Things to Note:

Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).



PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:



$35 (Less than 5 nights)

$50 (5 - 30 nights)

$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)
