"We stayed in a loft room and it was excellent! Yall ceilings, very spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful from the calet to the front desk. "

"Room was clean. Staff was helpful. Room 305 has the HVAC/heating right outside the window. If you wake in the middle of the night you may have trouble going back to sleep."

"Food was good and the pool was great for the kids. The suite had plenty of room for the 3 kids. Really liked the location as it was a 1 mile walk to COSI, and had plenty of restaurants within walking distance."

"The room was very small and the bathroom showers were not wide enough for an adult male over 6'. I'm 6'2" and I had to stand sideways. The bathroom is overall to tight. The toilet area is so narrow, I cut my thigh on the toilet paper holder metal cover as I tried to sit down on the toilet. I had to sit at a 45 degree angle to do my business. The bed was hard and the they tried to mask that with a nicer duvet. All the crevices in the furniture were full of dust. I suspect housekeeping only cleans surfaces and nothing more. I will never stay there again."
