"Loved the room. The beds were comfortable and everyone slept great! The bathroom was clean and everything worked great. The bathroom is very dated and not visually appealing. I’ve stayed in a couple other graduate hotels and the bathrooms were much better. These need updating. But everything else was fantastic! We loved the big closet, space to spread out and the view was good. The staff were incredible! Very kind, thoughtful and helpful. We plan to come back next time we are in Providence."

"We booked this hotel because our previous stay had been great. This time, however, we were assigned a room that simply should not be a hotel room. It should be storage. It was/is stationed directly above the Boombox Bar (actual name). It was impossible to sleep in the room until the bar closed at 2:00am. There were no other rooms to move to and we didn't realize the situation until it was too late to change hotels. It was far too expensive of a room to not be able to use it. The AC unit was also faulty and screamed like an alarm when on."

"We had a wonderful stay and were so glad we booked this place, especially as a last-minute trip! The home was exactly as described, clean, neat, comfortable, and very reasonably priced. Everything was well-maintained and it made for a relaxing stay. One of the unexpected bonuses was discovering a fantastic breakfast spot just a 3-minute walk away, which made our mornings even better. The only thing that gave us a little laugh was that we couldn’t find any locks on the bathroom doors! Not a big issue for us, just something we noticed. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again. Thank you for being a wonderful host!"

Renovated Family Home on Providence River!

"Terrific property located on the east side of the Providence River. Both the property owner Aimee, and the local contact Camila, were very responsive and were accommodating of our request to get into the house slightly before the "standard" check in time. Check in was a breeze.The house itself is charming and comfortable, and was just the right location for our son's college graduation across the river in Providence. Also a convenient spot for easy jaunts down to Newport and Matunuk. Everything is clean and updated and we were delighted to have stayed at this home. Definitely recommend this property and the hosts. You cannot go wrong."
