The rooms are nicely equipped with a small kitchenette, and the bathrooms are clean. I had a handicap accessible room and that made all the difference in my stay. The staff are nice and accommodating. I stay here pretty often when im passing through, would always recommend.

It seems this hotel is more for the “unhoused” population. There was a man who was sitting in the front lobby in his bathrobe reading the paper and every time we saw him he was in his bathrobe walking around inside and out! Also there was no coffee maker in the room and the coffee in lobby was just about room temperature. Their continental breakfast consisted of a basket of granola bars . The room was less than clean and the hall was noisy all night. I’m not sure where the positive reviews came from but this is not for families or anyone who wants ANY amenities. I moved to the nearby Hampton Inn for less money and it’s wonderful! Everything you expect to make your stay comfortable.

The “breakfast” was oatmeal, coffee and granola bars. That’s it. No hot meal, no sitting place just a quick grab n go. Other than that the staff and residents/guests were not to bad. I’d stay here again but I’d be more prepared as far as food goes.

It’s my first stay at Extended Stay America and it was fantastic. First of, all the staff were nice and great. Particularly, Jess at the front desk who helped me with the check in and getting kitchen and laundry supplies. The rooms have kitchen, so it felt homely and different from any other rooms I stayed. It’s very clean, quiet, and organized perfect for staying for short or long vacation or work.

Stayed here days before and it was a great stay. This one, not so great. I checked in and my room was easily over 100F degrees. The unit was set to heat at 68° but obviously the thermostat had failed to a runaway heat condition. I tried setting the unit to cool. It became apparent that the thermostat thought the room was 60° when it was actually somewhere above 90° by this point. I tried opening the door, I tried turning it to fan only. I tried turning the unit off. I could not get the room to cool down below about 80° by the time I wanted to sleep. I went to the front desk and asked if I could switch rooms and was told that I could not. I had meetings all day the next day and I didn't sleep at all. I almost slept out in my car. It was not handled well.
