「Very nice place to stay. The biggest plus was our personal attention for our needs. The room had a view of the park and river. Extremly clean and well taken care of. The train does come right by but I personally love the sound of the train with no horn. Its just like stepping back in time as you are staying in a museum. 」

「Spacious area well suited to accommodating a teen family as we travelled through. A quiet spot to rest after a day of travel. Ted and Peggy were so helpful as we communicated with them prior to our stay. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. We would have enjoyed staying longer but had to continue in our travels thanks you.」

「This is a fantastic little basement apartment in a lovely location of Columbia, MO. We were there for Mizzou summer welcome and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will likely be making frequent trips to visit our student and attend football games. Hoping to be able to use this rental again soon.」
