Disappointed
Overall great space, unique stay.
However, was very difficult to contact someone to resolve issues. I would not stay here again.
3 main issues:
1. Many many potholes you have to slow down and navigate around to get to the property. Know this ahead of time to factor in additional time to get somewhere ( about 7min).
2. Seemed clean at first, but there were so many dead insects everywhere. When I called, someone came over and only vacuumed the bathroom rug. Still in the tubs and a lot around the living areas and also on towels. If it was only a few I wouldn’t have minded, but it was beyond that.
3. The biggest issue - temp control. There is no AC in the house, just heating. There are 3 bedrooms, but we were only able to use one of them because the other two (located up in the turret) were unbelievably hot and had a musty smell. There was no way we could sleep there, and they remained unused the entire 8 day stay. I was there with my two young girls and we all had to sleep in one bed.
