"Place is old and they do their best with keeping it clean however our sons hotel Few doors down had an awful smell. We Stay here due to its low price And cleanliness however it is Obviously in major need of updating which some would say makes it not worth staying at. Entrance is clean but carpet is beyond old and begging to be replaced."

"The rooms don’t have any AC. The ceiling fan didn’t work and since the door had a large gap at the bottom we could hear everyone outside. You can hear everyone walking around above you at all hours of the night. The plug in fan provided sounds like a plane taking off so it was unusable. Breakfast was ok but didn’t have any options for gluten free folks (celiac) sadly. We ended up having to buy our own food for breakfast. Overall, the property is beautiful and the staff are great but the rooms and property could benefit from some updates. This was a bit of a letdown for us."

"Will not stay here again. Close to the slopes, that was the only good thing. Around 9pm someone opens our hotel door. They gave keys to our hotel room to another guest! I was there with my husband and kids! This is terrifying. I went to the front desk the next morning and they apologized and said it was a mistake and to go have breakfast on us while they figure out how to compensate us. Bring me the receipt for breakfast and we will reimburse you. Ya right! Breakfast was $60. I gave her the receipt and she reimbursed us $100 total. So my families safety is worth $40. I paid over $400 for the night. Unacceptable! I did complain but it took me going to corporate to get any resolution. And 1 of the elevators broke overnight which made check out really hard since everyone was checking out and using the elevator to get their luggage down."
