The location in Avon is excellent, within easy walking distance to Avon Station and the River gondola for skiing. Comfortable, convenient, and welcoming. I will definitely be back with friends!"

"The cost for this room is as stated. No frills - bathroom was not very clean - both shower and toilet didn’t look as if a scrub brush was ever used, toilet ran excessively, which is so wasteful. Hard to clean or rinse the coffee pot without possibly breaking it - single cup Keurig would work fine instead of an outdated and horribly stopped up water reservoir "

"The beds were clean. The shower had wet paper on the floor of the shower. The floors were swept but not clean. No iron or blow dryer."
