Welcome to our thoughtfully designed Colorado Springs home, created with love and care as our first place together. We’re especially proud to share our newly completed luxury primary suite. This private retreat includes a heated tile bathroom floor, a fully custom oversized shower, a high-end double vanity with built-in lighting and charging ports, two closets, and a king bed facing the mountains. The Pikes Peak view is unforgettable.

The rest of the home is just as welcoming, with a charming shabby chic aesthetic, a large open living area, a 65” Roku TV with oversized sectional, an indoor dining room, and an outdoor patio with a grill and private hot tub. Kids will love the large fenced-in backyard with a slide and basketball hoop. Two other bedrooms are available, one with a king bed and smart TV and another with a full-over-full bunk bed. A dedicated workspace includes a printer and organizing supplies.

The house sits on nearly half an acre and is walking distance to Palmer Park and 7Brew coffee. We keep checkout simple with no cleaning chores—just gather your things and enjoy your stay. We have added A/C units to the primary suite and lower level, in addition to ceiling fans, evening breezes, and good ventilation keep the house cool most of the year.
