"Older property. No suitcase stand in the room. Drapes aren't closeable, no blackout drapes. Needs refresh. Night clerk needs lesson in empathy, day shuttle driver was excellent. "

"Checked in but saw the room and immediately asked for a refund and found a new hotel. Place reeked of weed and cigarettes. Holes in the wall. White neon lighting, one of the lights didn't even work. Small room, stains on the bedsheets. The place felt like a prison cell. "

"The staff were very rude. The room was not properly stocked with toiletries, linens, ice bucket and cups. When we asked staff for items they said they would be up in 5 minutes which they never came and we had to keep calling them. They acted like they did not want to be bothered. This will be our last time staying here it seems each time it is something new."

"The breakfast area was small and not well stocked. I didn't see anyone actively wiping down tables or restocking items. I had booked 2 rooms. The first room was fine. The second room was down the hall a little bit and unfortunately someone in another room was smoking marijuana which permeated into the hallway and their room. They decided to find another hotel. The front desk staff was sympathetic and I was issued a refund for the second room. I don't blame the hotel for the disrespectful behavior of its patrons; they did the right thing."

"The staff on overnight was sleep, there were bugs in the room and all my towels and washcloths smelled like mildew. There were no soap, shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom. When I asked the staff to get new ones in the morning, they said they don’t have any towels or washcloths that they could give and that they were out of the bathroom essentials I needed. Overall it was a terrible stay "
