"Lovely property with creek running through it but it is old and it shows. They mentioned they were beginning renovations. Staff super friendly and everything clean. Hiking trail along the creek to the railway museum added benefit. Grab and Go breakfast was fine, and appreciated the filtered water."

"My family and I throughly enjoyed our stay. The house right on the lake was perfect. We enjoyed 5 days of swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, and jumping off the end of the dock!!! The host had a wonderful variety of swim floats, paddle boards and kayaks to use. I highly recommend sitting on the deck with morning coffee enjoying the calm waters of the lake!"

"Very cute little cabin! We loved the decor and feel of the place. One thing that surprised us if that this cabin is actually attached to a house where the family lives. When we pulled up we thought maybe we were in the wrong place because the listing doesn’t mention it being attached to the main house. There were multiple trailers or dwelling units (2-3) and other people living on the property so it seems. We thought it was a stand alone cabin. It ended up being fine but definitely something that should be clarified in the listing. The living space was cozy and the little backyard was very sweet with plants and places to sit and enjoy the nature. One small glitch, the hot water heater wasn’t working on our last day when we went to shower. Not sure what happened with the unit but it beeped strangely and the on demand unit went blank. Overall it was a cute little place and we enjoyed our trip!"
